At JOY , we understand that circumstances change and you may need to cancel an order. Our cancellation policy is designed to be as flexible as possible for our customers while allowing us to maintain our commitment to quality and service.
TIMINGS
Within 24 Hours: Cancellations made within 24 hours of placing the order will be eligible for a full refund.
After 24 Hours but Before Shipment: Cancellations made after 24 hours of placing the order but before the product has been shipped will incur a 10% restocking fee.
After Shipment: Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it. You will need to follow our Return Policy in this case.
HOW TO CANCEL
To cancel an order, please contact our Customer Service team at joy@jewelurestore.com as soon as possible.
REFUNDS
Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund amount will be credited to the original method of payment.
EXCEPTION
We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, stock unavailability, payment issues, or pricing errors. In such cases, customers will be notified and a full refund will be processed.
